TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on mycosylight.com, operated by Nicolas Salic, trading as MyCosyLight, a French sole trader (SIRET: 893 954 917 00025), 7 Rue du Trégor, 22970 Ploumagoar, France.

1. Acceptance of Order

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP and include no additional taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price applied to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major cards, PayPal, and Klarna (Pay in 3).

4. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 6–9 business days to UK addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

5. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 6. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings; refer to the product's technical specifications (e.g. colour temperature) for precise details.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory legal rights as a UK consumer.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, as MyCosyLight is a French sole trader. This does not affect the mandatory statutory rights of consumers based in the United Kingdom, which remain fully applicable.
